Homes and Gardens - Terms & Conditions

• All payments must reach us within four weeks of contact agreement.
• Cheques and contracts can be sent to our UK office
• Cash or cheque can also be paid in resort, either by visiting our resort office or requesting a visit by our manager to your property.
• Upon payment a receipt will be issued to you in person or sent by post.
• If applicable your Management float will be monitored regularly and if the account is near to the red then a top up notification will be sent to you.
• Your accounts can be requested from us on a monthly basis.
• Owners will be required to register a set of keys for their property. Homes and Gardens reserve the right to cancel agreements at any time.
• This agreement is legally binding between the parties and is subject to Turkish Law.
